Garden Buzz

Garden Buzz aims to provide customers with clear and transparent information about payments and orders placed through our website.

1. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on the Garden Buzz website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

The product price and applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

2. Accepted Payment Method

Garden Buzz currently accepts Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Bank Transfer.

Payment and banking details will be displayed to the customer at the end of the checkout process.

Garden Buzz may introduce additional payment methods in the future. Any available payment methods will be clearly displayed during checkout.

3. Payment and Order Processing

Orders must be paid in full before processing and dispatch, unless Garden Buzz has agreed otherwise with the customer in writing.

An order will be processed once the required payment has been received and verified.

Customers are responsible for transferring the correct amount using the payment instructions provided by Garden Buzz.

4. EFT Verification

Customers may be asked to provide proof of payment to assist with identifying their transaction.

Proof of payment does not by itself confirm that funds have been received. Garden Buzz will verify payments against its banking records before processing the order.

Payments that cannot be identified, have not yet cleared, or contain incorrect information may result in a delay in order processing.

5. Payment Reference

Customers should use their order number as the EFT payment reference, unless different instructions are provided by Garden Buzz.

An incorrect or missing reference may delay payment identification and order processing.

6. Incorrect Payment Amounts

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct amount is paid.

Where an underpayment occurs, the order may be placed on hold until the outstanding amount is received.

Where an overpayment occurs, Garden Buzz will review the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange a refund of the excess amount.

7. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation confirms that Garden Buzz has received the order information. It does not necessarily confirm that payment has been received or that the order has been dispatched.

Orders will proceed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

If Garden Buzz is unable to fulfil a paid order, the customer will be notified and any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be handled in accordance with the Garden Buzz Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African law.

Where applicable, refunds for EFT payments will normally be made by electronic funds transfer.

The time required for a refund to reflect may depend on the customer's banking institution.

9. Payment Security

Customers should only use payment instructions provided through official Garden Buzz channels.

Garden Buzz will not request a customer's online banking password, PIN, OTP, card PIN or other confidential banking credentials.

If a customer receives a request to make payment into different banking details, they should contact Garden Buzz using the contact details published on our website before making payment.

10. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their name, contact details, billing information and delivery information.

Incorrect information may cause delays in payment verification, order processing or delivery.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable South African law.

Garden Buzz will comply with applicable consumer protection and electronic commerce requirements.

12. Changes to This Policy

Garden Buzz may update this Payment & Billing Policy when necessary to reflect changes to our payment procedures, website or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable effective date.
