For plants and other natural products, variations in size, shape, colour and appearance may occur due to their natural characteristics.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable delivery charges will be disclosed before the order is completed.

Garden Buzz currently accepts Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Bank Transfer.

Orders are generally processed after payment has been received and verified.

6. Availability

Product availability displayed on the website is subject to stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Garden Buzz will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

7. Delivery

Garden Buzz currently delivers within South Africa.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

The estimated total delivery period is therefore approximately 4–7 business days.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Garden Buzz Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.
