Garden Buzz aims to supply products that meet applicable quality and performance requirements. This Warranty Policy explains how product warranty matters are handled.
1. Warranty Coverage
Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer's warranty or Garden Buzz warranty, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be communicated with the product or stated on the relevant product page or invoice.
Warranty coverage may differ between products and manufacturers.
2. What the Warranty Covers
Subject to the applicable warranty terms, a warranty may cover defects in materials, workmanship or manufacturing that arise during the applicable warranty period.
Warranty coverage does not automatically apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear.

Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions
-
Accidental damage

Neglect or improper maintenance
-
Unauthorised alterations or repairs
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions

-
Order number or proof of purchase
-
Product details

Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, Garden Buzz may liaise with the manufacturer or authorised service provider where appropriate.
6. Consumer Rights
This Warranty Policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable South African law.
